Clincals today was mediocre/sad
because I only had one patient, and I was suppose to take on THREE. So I was sort of excited to take on as many pts as I could handle, but It didn’t end up so.

So today I went to the market, got three types of clorox products, bleach included, and I went to my dorm room to clean our suite bathroom. I have just a little bit of free time now that I BEE PLUSSED my last nursing exam and no exams coming up this week. It’s an awesome feeling.
So I got in and cleaned it! took an hour, but now it’s cleann!!!! ALL CLEAN!...
i'm mentally and physically drained...
for no apparent reason except for 10 hour clinicals on these past two days. That’s not even that much!
Moving back home this week, I’m going to live like a commuter for these next 1.75 years of school!

Amazing day at clinicals with a bittersweet end.
I loved the ICU today. I want to go back to ICU and stay there. STAY THERE. It was such an amazing experience, being able to have a mentor that wanted me there. Even though I only HELPED my nurse, I felt as if though I was doing a lot of things crammed into a small period of time. I think having a nursing mentor that actually wants you there and also being incredibly proactive is what facilitates...
